Investment AB Latour (publ) ("Latour") has accepted the public offer ("Offer") of Niscayah Group AB (publ) ("Niscayah") from Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
As Stanley Black & Decker is now completing the public offer of Niscayah, Latour has today sold 12,642,600 A shares and 28,437,500 B shares equivalent to 11.25 % of the capital and 29.82 % of the votes. Subsequently, Latour has no longer any holding in Niscayah.
The purchase price is SEK 18 per share totaling approximately SEK 739 million. Settlement is expected to take place on 9 September 2011.
