Jan Svensson, President and CEO of Investment AB Latour (publ), has through exercise of call options increased his shareholding in Latour with 16,000 shares of series B. The increase was partly financed by disposing 25,000 shares of the total of 41,000 shares subscribed with call options.
Jan Svensson’s holding amount to 180,000 B shares in Latour and 101,000 call options of series B after the transactions.
