Latour acquires company within electronic and system development

Investment AB Latour has via Reac AB acquired the business of SCS in Åmål. Reac AB is
part of the business area Latour Industries.

Reac, with headquarters in Åmål, has about 50 employees and net sales of SEK 120 million.

The acquisition will be the base for Reac's investments in system and electronics
development which will strengthen and develop Reac's market position within lift systems and
actuators for advanced wheelchairs. "The companies have worked together for many years
and now, it feels like a natural step to become part of Reacs future ventures," says Johan
