Investment AB Latour, has through Specma Hydraulic AB, parent company in the business area Specma Group, acquired 70 percent of the shares in Komponenthuset A/S in Grenå in Danmark, with an option to acquire up to 100 percent of the shares. Komponenthuset net sales are 5 MDKK and have since 2007 had collaboration with Specma Hydraulic as distributor of fluid conveyance and hydraulics components in Denmark.
Specma Group is one of fourth wholly owned business areas within Latour Group. Specma Group is a merger of the former business areas business area Hydraulic and Automotive. The companies area develop, manufacture and market customized hydraulics systems, fluid conveyance and hydraulic components for customers on the Nordic market and their subsidiaries outside the Nordic countries. Specma Group has a net sales of approximately SEK 1 100 million.
Investment AB Latour is a mixed investment company with a portofolio worth around SEK 9 billion and wholly owned industrial and trading operations with a combined net sales of nearly SEK 6 billion.
