Latour acquires manufacturer of industrial leak detection Investment AB Latour has via AVT Industriteknik acquired 100 % of the shares in Kontikab AB.
Kontikab is domiciled in Mölndal and develops, manufactures and sells customized machines for automated leak detection. Customers can be found all over the world and they are primarily in the automotive, power distribution and heat-pump industries. The company has close to 20 employees and estimated net sales for 2010 are about SEK 25 million.
AVT Industriteknik AB is part of the Stenberg Group, which is included in Latour Industries, one of four wholly owned business areas in Latour.
Investment AB Latour is a mixed investment company with a portfolio worth around SEK 10 billion and wholly owned industrial and trading operations with a combined net sales of nearly SEK 6.5 billion.
