Latour acquires retailers in Italy

Through Nord-Lock International AB, a part of the Latour Industries business area, Investment AB Latour has acquired Sigma-3 S.r.l. The company is registered in Turin and is an independent retailer of Nord-Lock’s products in Italy. The immediate takeover will contribute to Nord-Lock’s result from day one.

The acquisition is a step in strengthening Nord-Lock’s relations with global customers
through our own business channels in industrial key markets.

Nord-Lock manufactures and sells bolt securing systems for critical bolted joints.
Manufacturing takes place in Mattmar, west of Östersund in Sweden. Products are sold
through our own operations in 15 countries as well as via a worldwide network of distributors.
About 90 % of production is exported.

Latour Industries is one of four wholly owned business areas in Latour with total net sales
of over SEK 1.2 billion. The companies in Latour Industries trade in engineering machinery,
electric tools and input goods for the wood and furniture industry. They also manufacture
hand tools, electric actuators and lift systems as well as seals and gaskets.

Investment AB Latour is a mixed investment company consisting of an investment portfolio
with a market value of about SEK 11 billion and wholly owned industrial and trading
operations with total net sales of about SEK 6.5 billion.
