Investment AB Latour has divested 5 395 000 shares in Nobia. Thereby, Latour's holding decreased from 13.2 per cent to 10.1 per cent of the outstanding shares in Nobia. The transaction brings in around SEK 485 m, corresponding to around SEK 75 m more than what was included in the net asset value as per March 31, 2015, for the same shares.
