Today, July 29, 2011, the total number of shares in Investment AB Latour (publ) amounts to 159,960,000 shares, divided into to 12,084,160 shares of series A and 147,875,840 shares of series B. The number of votes amounts to 268,717,440.
At the beginning of the month, the total number of shares amounted to 131,460,000 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 109,550,000.
The increased 28,500,000 shares of series B during the month of July is due to the merger compensation as a result of the merger between Latour and SäkI. Through the rights issue Latour's share capital increased with SEK 23,750,000 to SEK 133,300,000
